Shipping

We source product from all over the world, so shipping times vary. They can be as quick as a week or you might need to wait a few weeks. 

Also, if you order multiple items they may not come in the same package. However, you can track your orders easily through order tracking which can be found in the top menu of the store. 

Some of the Hot Items may not have tracking available. 

 

Returns-Refunds

We understand that sometimes people change their minds or get their order wrong. Once you have returned your item, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase. 

We refund or replace any items that arrive damaged. Proof of damage will be required. 

Conditions

1. Return Policy (paid items)

• The items must be returned (post marked) within 15 days from delivery
• The items must be unused and undamaged. This means the item can not be damaged by use, soiled, washed, altered or worn and all tags must be attached. 
• Shipping of the returned item is at your own cost

2. Return Policy (free items)

• We do not accept returns of free items.
